When the BET or any awards show for that matter, goes down, there is always a bunch of parties, celebrity charity events, dinners, etc that go on. Last night at the Sunset Tower in West Hollywood, CA, Rap Up magazine celebrated its 4th Anniversary and Summer Issue Release Party with a few friends. Ciara, who is covering the July issue of Rap Up
(along with Rick Ross on the flip side) was in attendance, along with Lil Mama (why?), Adriene Bailon, Teairra Mari, Letoya Luckett and a few others.
