Mariah Carey Releases Album Cover For Next Album

Here is the album cover for Mariah Carey's 12th album "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel."

Mariah debuted the artwork for the CD — her 12th full-length studio recording and a follow-up to last-year's platinum-selling E=MC2 — in a post on her official web site earlier today.

Is it me, or does Mi Mi have her wedding ring on in that first shot? Would we catch Beyonce or anybody else doing that? I highly doubt it... but whatever... this is Mariah we're talking about. The chick who is all too desperate for attention.

Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel is scheduled to hit record stores on Aug. 25.

The Cannons Throw Halloween Bash

Soooo... Nick and Mariah just won't let us forget that they're a couple still. Nick and Mariah threw a Halloween bash to celebrate thier 6 month anniversary party last night at Marquee in the NYC. I swear ya'll... these kisses so look like just a photo op, but whatev!!! And... just for the sake of getting this off my chest... REALLY MARIAH... REALLY???

Ok... here is a small clip of Nick Cannons bday party last night in Vegas at Pure Nightclub. Why does it look like Mariah didn't even want to hug this boy? Their bodies barely even touched!!! Tell tell signs this -ish is a fa'sho sham! And will someone please inform the dude in the black v-neck tee about his shirt being uberly gay! I'm just sayin. No offense to my gay fam!

Mariah Carey Throws Hubby Nick Cannon Bday Party

Last night, singer Mariah Carey threw a special birthday party for her husband Nick Cannon in Las Vegas at Pure. I promise I still think this is so choreographed. But then again... why stay this long if it is? I guess it's a stretch to ask MiMi if she'll ever wear something that makes her look her age instead like she's about to go work somebodies corner huh? Why does Nick always look like he's an extremely excited fan whenever they're taking pictures?

Is Mariah Carey Finally Pregnant?

Ummmm... did ya'll read that title of this Life&Style mag??? Baby? Ohhhhhhhh, so now I get it. This is why Mariah married Nick. Solely just to father a child. Ah ha! Because Lord knows I couldn't think of not one dag on thing that would truly make her want this boy!

A close friend to Mariah Carey tells Life&Style that Nick and Mariah are definitely trying to have a baby. “They’ve been trying during their travels, and Mariah has seen her ob-gyn several times recently in California, and not just for checkups. She’s talking to her doctor about pregnancy and what to expect.”

So no pregnancy yet huh? Guess we're on baby bump alert! Ring the alarm!!!

Mariah Carey Loves The Kids

Mariah Carey is lending her name and face for a good cause.

The Grammy winner has signed on as the latest Hunger Ambassador for the Yum! Foundation's World Hunger Relief, an annual effort that aims to raise money for the United Nations World Food Program and bring an end to starvation around the world.

Her duties include becoming the actual poster child for the cause, appearing on print ads that will be featured in more than 100 countries and 36,000 franchises.

"The change from hunger to hope starts with you," Carey's poster reads.

If you want to donate to the cause, you can do so at any of the Yum! Brands restaurants, including Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, Long John Silver's and A&W Restaurants.

And the most exciting new of it all... in exchange for your charitable donation,you will receive a special free download of the song "Love Story" from Carey's latest album, E=MC2. Gee wilikers!!!

Mariah Carey Tries The Acting Thing... Again!

It's taken seven long years, but Mariah Carey is ready for her close-up again after the box-office bomb that was her movie debut, "Glitter." Mariah stars in a low-key drama called "Tennessee," playing a waitress with big-time singing dreams. The movie premiered this past spring at the Tribeca Film Festival but we'll have to wait until December to see if the second time will prove to be the charm for Mariah's acting endeavors. The painfully bad "Glitter" earned a paltry $4.3 million dollars in 2001 and put the singer's acting career on ice for a loooong time.

Mariah Carey Say's "Hell To Da Naw"!

Mariah Carey has reportedly launched an attack against her former record producer Damion "Damizza" Young, after he announced plans to publish a tell-all book about his “intense” relationship with the star.

Young has admitted he plans to share intimate details of the pair’s “four-year personal relationship” in his upcoming book, Guilty by Association, insisting the two “worked diligently to disguise from the world’s press.”

According to the New York Post, Carey’s lawyer Sonya Guardo has issued a letter to Young, citing his confidentiality agreement and advising him to steer clear of releasing private details about Carey in the book.
