Let The Rumors Fly: Usher Not The Father of 2nd Child?

As the world turns... I swear that's what this feels like. A new twist in the Usher and Tameka divorce sith. Seems Usher wants to test the paternity of his youngest son Naviyd. Ok... so I know he's not that damn dumb to let it go on this long if he's had doubts... but... that could have very well been the straw that broke the camels back for Ush. This mess is running neck and neck with Nas and Kelis' ridiculously messy divorce.

According to Enquirer (if you believe anything they write), Usher is hoping to tip the divorce scales in his favor by questioning the paternity of his 6 month old son Naviyd:

“The first thing Usher said was, ‘How did that happen?’ — because he was gone a lot, and their sex life was very, very limited,” a friend of the star reveals. “He’s determined to get truthful answers.” When Naviyd was born last December, Usher and Tameka, 38, were already separated. The “Confessions” star became concerned that Tameka had been unfaithful to him after friends confessed that the former celebrity stylist had “got with another man” in the early stages of her rough patch with Usher. It is a claim Tameka vehemently denies. In fact, the soon-to-be two-time divorcee insists her younger hubby is the father of her infant son and she’s ready to take the star to the cleaners for even suggesting otherwise. “She says that although they weren’t spending that much time together, they did get together for one night of passion. And that’s when she got pregnant,” the snitch whispers, adding that Tameka is “going to fight for what she thinks she should have.”

Tameka also claims in a recent court filing that despite what the reports have been saying, she and Usher have not been separated since July 2008 as Usher claims, in fact, they were “intimately together” less than a week before he started divorce proceedings, which is where the whole SURPRISE factor comes into play!

Supposedly, there is at least $80 mil at stake here and you best believe that Tameka wants 'haf... I want haf Eddie'... some of you are too young to get that!

Hip Hop Artist Put Together Michael Jackson Tribute

Tameka Foster Sends More Dumb Tweets... On Accident

Oh 'Meka Boo... you just keep on keepin on home girl. Why don't you just stop talkin while you still have the chance. Well... wait a minute... no scratch that- You just keep the drama coming because you're giving me more stuff to talk about... and apparently you're giving Usher exactly what his attorney's need.

Let's just say that Tameka Foster is the "Twitter-Dumb" of a couple. On Wednesday, Foster went and tried to send a direct message to her friend Star Jones via the popular website Twitter.com. It obviously didn't work beccause everyone who is a friend on her list saw it... and it read:

"@starjonesesq my lawyer= horrible. Need the name/number of a good one in Atlanta,"

Recognizing her mistake -- and the fact that she just told the world what she really thinks of her divorce attorney, Randall M. Kessler, the 40-year-old, mother of five then posted another tweet asking:

"Please delete this...it was a DM mistake. Not for ppl to see. I'm sorry."

Now... she's either hella dumb and just isn't that computer savvy, or... that was on purpose and she's using it somehow to work in her benefit *thinking*... I defer to go with the former option instead of the latter on this one. One would think that Foster would have Twitter mastered by now, as she regularly uses the social networking site to misquote Bible verses and inspirational affirmations lifted from various spiritual gurus.

Guess not. This is Tameka we're talking about here.

Usher Wants EVERYTHING!

More and more details about the Usher/Tameka Foster divorce are coming to light. According to divorce documents filed by Usher this past Friday, the couple have actually been separated since July 2008. While they were going around like they were still together, they actually were not—meaning that the couple only lived as man and wife for 11 months. I guess long enough to make the two babies Usher V, and Naviyd.

The court documents read: "The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken," which means there is no going back "There is no reasonable hope of reconciliation.". DAMN!

It also has come out that Tameka hired a detective to follow Usher around to check up on his infidelity. Usher wants the right to be able to look at all the documentation Tameka has kept during the course of their marriage, which began Aug. 3, 2007. This includes tax files, paycheck stubs, bank account information and other financial records, insurance policies, real-estate rental agreements, medical records and automobile registrations.

On the more personal—and potentially acrimonious—side of things, he's also seeking copies of "notes, cards, letters, photographs, film, documents, tapes, voice recordings, gift, jewelry, clothes" or other evidence that reflects on Usher's conduct during their marriage, as well as detective reports, photos or recordings that have resulted from either "surveillance or investigation" of her onetime better half. That whole thing ties into the rumors that Tameka hiring a private investigator as stated before.

Making sure no stone is left unturned—or potentially leaked to the media, no doubt—he's also requesting copies of "any and all diaries or personal notes kept…during the course of the marriage." Finally, Usher is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their two sons together, 18-month-old Usher V and 6 month-old Naviyd Ely, saying the tots "are substantially dependent upon each party for support."

Damn... between Usher and Nas... I wonder who's going to come out on top! This is gettin good!

Tameka Foster's Lawyer Speaks On Infidelity Rumors

Before all of the ugliness of this divorce hits the airwaves and our newspapers, etc... Tameka Foster's lawyer wants to clear the air about any rumors that his client was unfaithful to her husband.

Tameka Raymond's attorney is preemptively nipping in the bud any theories that either infidelity or a third party played a part in the duo's decision to divorce. "She's a great mom," Randy Kessler said. "She's been a loyal wife. She's trying her best to take the high road and not attack him."

I'm sure 'Meka Boo is looking to cash in off of her ex. And now that she has two children by him, hell... she just might. It's just sad though. Everybody knew this marriage was doomed from the beginning. When you alienate your friends, your fans, and even your own damn mama... yeah... ur karma is shot dude! But 'Meka has been cool about it all. She's been twittering here and there and hasn't had anything bad to say about Ush. Can't knock that.

Rumors Confirmed: Usher Officially Files For Divorce

Contrary to what I reported the other day, Usher actually did not file for divorce from his estranged wife Tameka Foster until today (June 12) in the Fulton County Superior Court in downtown Atlanta. Apparently Ush called around to several courts before deciding on Fulton County. I seached the net and found the actual petition to the court that Usher filed. Check it out below:

I'm so tired of posting about these two on and off again, but this time, it's looking more real than ever before.

Usher and stylist Tameka Foster have been living apart for the past year, according to U.S. publication In Touch. Divorce papers were filed in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday morning (11Jun09). The shocking news comes just four months after Foster suffered cardiac arrest during cosmetic surgery in Brazil. At the time, Usher, who flew to be by her side, insisted he had no idea his wife was there for the procedure.

A source close to the couple says, “Usher’s primary concern is for his children. He is a great father and just wants to do what is right for them.” The couple has two kids together, Usher Raymond V, 18 months, and Naviyd, six months.

Ushers Grapes Have Gone Sour!

Usher Raymond IV is the latest victim of failed business ventures. Usher's The Inman Park franchise of the Grape opened in late 2006 and has closed, according to its parent company.

The wine bar, bistro and wine retailer, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, did not reopen once the New Year rolled around and did not renew its liquor license with the Georgia Department of Revenue. Currently, three local branches of the Grape remain: in the Vinings Jubilee shopping center, Phipps Plaza and Atlantic Station.

The Atlanta-based Grape Enterprise Group Inc., which both owns and franchises shops mostly throughout the Southeast, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in November. When Usher first met with reporters at the opening of the Inman Park branch wearing a cabernet-purple blazer, his plan was to start franchises in locales as far flung as Shanghai and South America. Oooobviously that ain't happenin!

Usher and Tameka Have Baby Numero Dos

Singer Usher Raymond and his wife Tameka Foster-Raymond have yet again given us more men in the world. That's right. Tameka gave birth to the couples second son together on Wednesday.

The baby, who has yet to be given a name, joins big brother Usher Raymond V, who was born just over a year ago, on November 27. The couple married in 2007.

If you recall, Ursh confirmed last month that Tameka was expecting again. And as for his new son’s name? He may still need some help deciding.

“There are a few names in the running,” he said at the time. “But if you guys have any unique one, please feel free to hit me up. Let me know.”... yeah yeah yeah!

The baby is named Naviyd Ely Raymond and was born around 2:33 A.M. yesterday. He weighs in at 5 pounds, 13 ounces. Don't even ask where the name came from cuz hell if I know!

Let The Rumors Fly: Kelly Rowland and Usher Creepin?

More rumors to report in rumorville today folks. Seems like innocent lil Kelly Rowland is trying to get her some Usher. According to the Daily Star, Usher and Kelly Rowland were in the UK balling out and spending obscene amounts of money on champagne and vodka at the Amika nightclub. They said Nelly was there too, but the main focus of the story was Kelly, not Nelly. They are saying that to have these secret meetings, they have to link in Europe. SMH. So does this mean that the rumors of Usher and Tameka being over are actually true? Please Lord say yes!

Tameka Foster-Raymond Stands Up For Her Man

Tameka Foster-Raymond went on record with Essence and defends her man and his risque' new video for his third single "Trading Places".

"My husband is a consummate artist and entertainer," Foster, 37, told ESSENCE.com. "This video is strictly entertainment and was made for his fans. I am clear that he is a sexy man and looks amazing in this clip. I support my husband in his endeavors."

Usher Sets Tour Dates For One Night Stand Concert Series

Usher is hoping to get up close and personal with his female fans on a 14-date November club tour, which is being billed as "One Night Stand: Ladies Only."

A Jive spokesperson clarifies that although ladies may be the focus, men are welcome at the gigs, which begin Nov. 2 in Atlantic City, N.J., and run through Nov. 25 in Dallas.

Usher is touring in support of his latest album, "Here I Stand," the ninth best U.S. seller of the year at 1.029 million copies. Really? Who would have thought. I damn sure didn't buy a copy!

The video for Usher's latest single "Trading Places" is set to premiere sometime this week.

15 minutes from being washed up R&B star Usher has plans to make the time you spend with your mate into pure seduction!

Usher is in the process of coming out with his own line of lingerie for men and women.

The ATLien was seen out at Paris Fashion Week at the Marlies Dekkers runway show, and while there, he gave a "confession" that he was trying to find some inspiration for his own line of undies.

Usher says that "comfort and intimacy" will be key in his new line. You can catch a glimpse into what he'll be coming out with in his new video for the track "Trading Places".

Usher is following the pattern of Janet Jackson with this idea. Remember I told ya'll about her line called Pleasure Principle due out in November. Well Chris Brown is also coming out with a line of mens boxers called "Fat Head"??? [insert your comments here cuz I have none on that one!]

Usher Get's His Sexy Back!

Dare I say it, but dammit!!! I think Usher has gotten his sexy back! FINALLY! It's amazing what the reality of your mother and the split from a gold digger can bring you.

Ush got the opportunity to open up for the NFL Kickoff Concert last night in NY and he was most definitely looking hot ta def! Ohhhh, how I used to love him so. That was until he decided to grow up! I kid I kid. But when he started growing that beard and looking scruffy and fluffy... No Suh! Not a good look. But now that Mama Patton is back on the scene, I see things are back to normal and I'm hoping his career is too. Let The Rumors Fly: Usher and Tameka A Done Deal For Real?

Once again, we're hearing reports that new rumors are surfacing on the separation of Usher and his much older wife Tameka Foster, who by the way, is expecting their second child and Tameka's fifth.

The Chicago Times is where I read this first this morning. So Like I said, it's a rumor. But it would explain why Tameka's "guest" performer at her back to school event wasn't her own husband, and why Usher has all of a sudden rehired his mother. Let's put two and two together folks. It's not five... it's four!

Usher Plans A "For Ladies Only" Tour

Usher is preparing a tour for ladies only. The R&B singer tells the Associated Press he will soon announce details of his "One Night Stand" tour. He said specific dates are still being worked out for about 15 "intimate" venues.

Asked why he wanted to perform a "ladies only" tour, Usher said he relishes the challenge.

"There's only a few artists that can pull that off," said the 29-year-old singer. "I feel like I've had such a connection with my audience. This album, I felt like, was definitely the type of one that was more intimate. So what better way to get up close and personal than to make it all women?"

Last year, Usher married Tameka Foster and the couple had a son, Usher Raymond V. Though now a family man, Usher hasn't relinquished his sex symbol status."The ladies like to see that masculine build," he said. "They question if I still got it."

To go with the theme, Usher is also planning his own line of lingerie and men's undergarments. He already has a fragrance and cologne.Usher, who's working on a video for his new single "Trading Places," will perform at the National Football League's annual kickoff concert tomorrow (Sept. 4) in New York along with Keith Urban and Natasha Bedingfield.

Tameka Foster Gives Back To Her Hood

I guess Tameka Foster isn't ALL bad huh?

Following in the footsteps of R&B sensation, and her husband Usher Raymond, Tameka Foster has incorporated her own little give back to the community event in her hometown of Oakland, CA in the form of a "Back To School Expo" with her mans efforts in voter registration.

The first annual event, at Oakland’s City Hall Aug. 24, will include a fashion show (Usher’s other half was once his stylist), a teen summit and a talent showcase. And in addition to giving school supplies to an expected 600 public school students, the Oakland Natives Give Back Fund will also welcome an unnamed “well-known recording artist”, according to the press release.

I think it's pretty damn obvious who that's going to be right? Not rocket science here people.
