This time, the 38 year old rapper, real name Earl Simmons, has really stepped in it! Seems dude just can't catch a break! The Yonkers, NY rapper has allegedly assaulted a correctional officer on Sunday and now faces felony aggravated assault charges.
According to the Maricopa County Sheriff's office, Simmons threw a tray at the officer after being accused of stealing food. Although the officer was not harmed, if he is convicted, he could face up to 8 years in prison. Nice Earl! Reaaaaal friggin nice!
