How come we don't hear more about High School Musicals Monique Coleman? She is so adorable... even though she is 26 years old. Monique joins America’s Second Harvest and ConAgra Foods Foundation to Pack Lunch Bags for Hungry Kids in LA on yesterday. The event was held to raise awareness of the significant increase in demand that foodbanks across the country are currently experiencing.
Ms. Coleman was gracious enough to hand out her exclusive “Fight Childhood Hunger” lunch bag to the first 500 kids who packed shopping bags full of food products donated by ConAgra Foods Foundation. The starlet designed the special edition lunch bags as part of a national retail campaign benefiting America’s Second Harvest.
“Kids are getting ready to head back to school and it’s important to ensure that they have full stomachs with the balanced meals they need to reach their full potential,” said Coleman. “I hope our efforts today inspire kids across the country to organize their own food drives to help hungry kids.”

This kinda reminds me of the Lisa Lopes orphanage in Honduras- its funny because Monique recently said that she wants to be Lisa Left Eye in an upcoming TLC film! I think she might have what it takes.. only time will tell. While we are waiting for the film, Left Eye's new CD will be released, which everyone is very excited about im sure. Its called "Eye-Legacy" and will be out january 27th!
