I reported a couple of weeks ago on the issue that employees at Jay-Z's 40/40 club were having with how they were being paid and the lawsuit they filed to voice that issue.
Well, another issue has arose from all of this mess, Desiree Gonzalez, the general manager of 40/40, told an employee she would "*uck up his tax life" for getting involved in the messy class-action lawsuit staffers lodged against the Chelsea club owned by Jay-Z, according to a letter filed in court by the lawyer for the workers. The hot-tempered boss allegedly told another staffer she'd "lock him up" if he didn't sign a release from the suit, which accuses the club of paying waiters, bartenders and other staffers below minimum wage.
C'mon now Jay... handle this dude. It's your rep on the line here dude. This chick is man-handling people like she's the Tony Soprano or something. What's really goin on?
