Buh Bye Wendy!

I guess the FCC is tired of all the loud mouths on air huh... cuz they are quickly shuttin folks down around the town. First Miss Jones got the boot, not once, but twice in two months, and now Wendy Williams? According to YBF.com sources who are pretty damn close to Wendy, exclusively told TheYBF.com that the Queen of All Media Wendy Williams was “asked to take a couple days off” from “The Wendy Williams Experience” until next week sometime.

I think we all know how to interpret that right? That means, "give us a few days, we need to talk about how we're going to fire yo ass!". They're not officially calling this a suspension but like Tip say... You know what it is! It is also being reported that the Wendy Williams Experience will not be renewed for 2009, so not only will her television stint be nixed, but her radio show is getting ol heave'ho as well.

It's being said that the other day on her show, she acted a fool about the fact that Inner City Broadcasting Corporation cut out her Bonus Hour even though it was in her contract. She said the Bonus Hour is her favorite hour of her entire 5 hour afternoon segment. And adding in the extra hour on WBLS was her idea. She went off on-air about how wack they were for removing it starting this upcoming Monday. Apparently her bosses said the listeners “voted” and wanted more music, less talk. And she just found out on Tuesday that there would be no bonus hour come Monday.

So ya’ll know she was a smart ass during her whole show about it. But there's more. Aside from all of her days shananigans, Wendy went on to tell the listening audience that her husband Kevin got arrested had a run in with NYPD a few hours before while he was innocently rolling through Manhattan. Oh really? You really want everybody all up and through yo -ish huh Wendy.

Oh, but there’s more. To cap things off, Fox Networks is not going to pick up her Wendy Williams TV Talk Show for regular rotation. They taped a few episodes these past couple months and it was only shown in a few test markets/cities. And according to Wendy herself, she’s heard nothing about them actually picking it up as a regular show. So that looks like it’s a goner too. The network will however be repeating the taped shows twice a day though starting soon.

And finally, it's being rumored that Wendy Williams will be getting a Satelite Radio show, and from what I'm told, that's a much sweeter deal anyways. Wendy has a movie coming out about her life, so ya'll be sure to check that out at a Blockbuster near you.

Don't believe everything you hear sweetheart. Wendy is going nowhere. People need to get their facts straight. I read in an article(and from a reliable source) that The Wendy Williams Experience is the #1 show in NY. Also as for them saying that Fox won't be picking up her show, thats is so totally false, the announcement has not been made yet. Im sure the show will get picked up because the ratings are high and people really like it. You as a blogger need to be careful about what you believe and present to your readers.

Wendy is here to stay

I knew it! I was wondering when someone was going to tell her that a "woman of certain age" needs to act a certain way. Anywho.. if the Satellite thing is true then its better for her. Best of Luck to Wendy, but I agree she has to go, she has show ZERO personnal growth in the last 15 yrs and its about time someone has noticed it!

Wendy is too popular here in New York to leave us once again. I need my daily dose on the way home from work. No more, no less. They have been edging her out for the past year now. From more music, more commercials, no "best of" shows to now no bonus hour!! If I wanna hear music I'll put on my iPod. I have only caught the tv show twice and her radio personality doesn't carry over. Keep her on free radio! Sometimes you just need that silliness (sp) to laugh at.
