Dr. Dre is seen in Hawaii on vacation. I'm trying to figure out if the dude can even breathe in this scuba suit. He looks so uncomfortable. But he has definitely come a long way from his scrawny NWA days to this ridiculous muscle bound 43 year old. Check out the thigh action though. Those things could crush you. Nice!!!
