Chris Breezy and friends celebrated his 19th birthday last night in the NYC at Rebel NYC. Must be nice to just party all the damn time and not have a care in the world. What I'm wondering is why Teyana Taylor has her hand on Rihanna like that. I don't touch my friends when I take pictures with them... at least not like that!
