Barack Picks Up 3 More Super Delegates!

Barack Obama has picked up 3 more super delegates in the race for the White House. This brings his total of pledged super delegates to 266, only 5 shy of Hilary Clinton who has 271.5. The endorsements come from a union president and two congressmen, one of whom switched his backing from Hilary to Barack.
African American New Jersey congressman Donald Payne, who up until Friday morning, backed Hilary Clinton, changed his support to Obama. This was confirmed by Dan Pfieffer who is a spokesperson for the Obama camp.
"Our people, I think, recognize the enthusiasm and and vitality behind Senator Obama's campaign ," said AFGE President John Gage. Gage was a previously uncommitted superdelegate in the Demorcratic National Convention, and has now said that he is personally endorsing Barack Obama. Also backing the Obama campaign is Rep. Peter De Fazio of Oregon. Oregon doesn't hold their primary race until May 20th and De Fazio plans to campaign with Barack.
Way to keep the dream alive people. YES WE CAN!
