The divorce proceedings for Fashion/Hip Hop mogul, Russell Simmons and his estranged wife Kimora Lee Simmons are still working itself out. On Tuesday, Russell filed a response to Kimora's divorce petition in a Los Angeles court.
The divorce papers that Kimora filed with the courts asked that Russell get "reasonable child visitation and that he is to be accompanied at all times by the childrens nanny and security personnel". What the hell is really goin on here? Accompanied at all times by security and the nanny??? She throws that in there like Russ has got some sort of problem or that he may try to snatch the kiddies or something. Hmmm, this makes me wonder... Is Russell really the meditating, mild manored dude that we all see on the interviews and shows? Or does he have a dark side?
Russell in turn, is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their two daughters, Ming, 8, and Aoki, 5. Both parties have asked not to give up spousal support to the other.
