Amerie Finds New Love With Def Jam

Amerie has officially signed with Def Jam Records. Earlier this year, she parted ways with her former label Columbia. While with Columbia, she released two albums. The first in 2002 entitled, "All I Have" and 2005's "Touch," which have sold 657,000 and 404,000 copies in the United States. She also released an album in 2007 titled, "Because I Love It", but it was never released in the United States. It did however, appear internationally. Now that she is with Dej Jam, she may want to go ahead and release it with them. I love Amerie. I have both cd's, but she's one of those artists that doesn't sell big no matter what. She does midiocre sales at best.
