Billy Ray Cyrus FINALLY Speaks Out!

Two months after this picture from a Vanity Fair photo shoot of his 15 year old daughter comes out, Papa Billy Ray Cyrus decides he wants to say something about it. Billy Ray told Merideth Vieira in an interview on the the Today Show, "I didn't know they were going to strip her down and wrap her in a blanket. I was surprised when I saw the semi-topless photo... but, hey, that's life," he added. "Stuff happens... We gotta deal with it." Oh boy! Is this how we deal with things now with our YOUNG daughters? That's why her put was damn near tongue kissing another girl among other things... cuz the daddy don't give a damn. All he wants is more success because his achey breaky music is down the toilet. Billy Ray says that he left 15 year old Miley at the Annie Leibowitz photo shoot to perform a show in Washington for troops coming home from Iraq.
