Is it me, or is Rihanna doing a bit much with this outfit? She was seen out in Toronto Canada at the MuchMusic Awards where she received two bids and wearing this "outfit". I must say that I'm not liking this at all... Pilots cap, with rubber pants and hooker boots... with a damn couture ruffled blouse??? Nooo Suh!!!
