Ne-Yo Pleads Guilty

Singer and smash hit songwriter Ne-Yo pleaded guilty to driving without a license and no contest to reckless driving today in a Cobb County Court. Ne-Yo aka Shaffer Chamire Smith, was sentenced to 24 hours of community service, he has to perform a concert for the Boys & Girls club, pay a fine of $1000 and take a defensive driving class.
Ne-Yo was pulled over back on Feb 19 at 2:28 a.m. by Cobb Co. police and South Cobb Drive and Cobb Pkwy in his 2006 maroon Range Rover, which he was driving 105 mph in a 55 mph zone. He was then given the tickets for reckless driving and driving without a GA drivers license and having a hairline that starts at the nape of his neck.
