Travis Barker and DJ AM Critically Injured In Plane Crash

If you saw the recently aired MTV VMA's then you saw these two as the house band that night. Musical collaborators Travis Barker and DJ AM are in critical condition in a burn unit in Augusta, GA, after the Learjet they were aboard crashed during takeoff late Friday in Columbia, South Carolina. Four other people on board the plane, including the pilot, co-pilot and two other passengers, died in the crash.

The four victims in the crash have been identified as Charles Still, 25; Chris Baker, 29; Sarah Lemmon, 31; and James Bland, 52, according to MSNBC.

A spokeperson for the hospital told reporters that Travis and DJ AM are in "critical but stable condition." Barker was taken by ambulance, while Goldstein was airlifted to the burn center, according to MSNBC.

The crash happened at 11:53 PM local time, when the plane overran the runway on takeoff, went through a fence, over a road and into an embankment, according to information from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). Air traffic controllers reported seeing sparks after the jet overran the runway.

Barker and Goldstein had been performing at a concert in Columbia, with fellow musicians Perry Farrell and Gavin DeGraw, but those two weren't on the plane. Lemmon and Bland were reportedly the pilots of the jet, while Baker was reportedly Barker’s assistant, according to MTV.com.

The plane was headed for Van Nuys, Calif., according to the NTSB.

Lil Scrappy Stabbed

So I woke up early this morning to try to clean my house, but was completely shocked *sarcasm seething from my words*, to hear that Atlanta rapper Lil Scrappy had been stabbed last night over in Decatur.

Details are a lil sketchy right now, but it is known that he is in stable condition and in police custody. Damn... double whammy huh dude? Everybody here in Atlanta knows that dude is a punk... not like in homosexual terms, but like he talk alot but can't back nothing up. So I don't doubt this story.Scrap was working on a new album titled "Grustle". What the hell is "grustle"? I've heard of gristle, like fatty part on some meat... but grustle? Yeah, way to go Scrap!

Finally have more details for the five Scrappy fans out there. It appears that late last night Lil Scrappy received a call from his sister who was being beat down by her boyfriend. When he got there, he tried to confront dude, thus resulting in him being stabbed in the arm. When the police arrived on the scene they found a .38 Caliber, 2 lbs of weed and $8g's in his car. As I reported before, Scrappy is in stable condition and is currently being held on $1500 bond with charges that include felony firearm/knife possession, felony marijuana possession, misdemeanor battery, and misdemeanor obstruction of officers.

Stacy Dash Injured During T.V. Show Stunt

Actress/model Stacy Dash was injured recently while taping the new reality tv show called "Celebrity Circus". Dash (42) who was trying to climb a length of fabric, fell, thus resulting in her having THREE... not one or two, but THREE, cracked ribs. Aside from Stacy, other celebs on the show have been injured doing stunts as well. Former Brady Bunch star Christopher Knight fractured his forearm on a giant disc called the German Wheel, and Olympic swimmer Janet Evans fell from a trapeze. And ya'll still coming back to this -ish huh? I hope they paying you guys a lot of money for this crap! The show airs on NBC on Wednesday.
