Jodeci Cancels Show Releases "Explanation" Why

Everybody, I don't care how old you are, should know who this group is. If you don't, where the hell have you been? Jodeci was a force to be reckoned with back in the early 90's. With hits like "Forever My Lady", "Come and Talk To Me, "Feenin" and "Love You For Life", Jodeci held it down during their day. But those days are loooooooong gone. Since their split back in 1998, both sets of brothers all went their separate ways. But here lately, the boys have been trying to kick the tires and light the fires back in to their careers.

Anyways, the boys were supposed to do a show in LA, and didn't show up. I'm praying that this letter below isn't from their publicist, because if it is, they need to fire them ASAP!!! The letter gives an explanation as to why the boys didn't show... sort of. Hell... if you can get past the typos and grammatical errors, you might be able to decipher what the person is trying to say.

"I'm a very close person in the jodeci camp and the fans need to no the reason why they didn't do the concert they had in LA tonight.This is the reason, two weeks ago jodeci had went to london and did 4 show for a undisclosed amount of money.The person who set those shows up was Cassandra Mills which jodeci didn't no at the time she had something to with those shows,they thought someone else who name I'll keep hush was setting up these show anyway they did all 4 shows and they kicked ass.But this where it gets crazy, they get back to the states and there money wasn't there the band and the body guards got paid but they didn't. They are still waiting for there money to date.Now this same lady Cassandra Mills set up this show in LA which Jodeci told her do not set up no more shows for them so to all promoters do not give Cassandra Mills any money concerning Jodeci.So Jodeci would like to say sorry to all the fans and the promoters for what happend.Thank You and much love Jodeci!!!"

Jagged Edge Not Happy With J.D.

Word around the A is that the boys who Jermaine Dupri once hailed the future of R&B, Jagged Edge, are not too happy with him or what's going on with their careers. One member in particular, namely Kyle (pointed out). The latest drama is that the J.E. boys are calling J.D. everything but a child of God. They're accusing him of being a crook, a thief, and a liar. Kyle is upset with the fact that the group isn't getting any pub at all, and that they're not doing anything... AT ALL! For some strange reason, dude is trying to go solo and do his own thing. Ummm... I don't ever recall this dude even leading a song in the Jagged Edge days. Hell... can he sing? You know those recording machines do wonders for these groups who just "look good" but lack any talent!

Kyle holds Jermaine at fault for the group not having any success lately. Again... ummm... can ya'll get signed to a label before you go pointing out why you haven't done jack squat here lately. Hell, Brandon and Brian's parents own a night club in Decatur... go perform there and charge folks. You better do something and stop blaming other people.

Soul Four Real Member Wanted For Identity Theft

I just heard today that the Atlanta police are currently in search of R&B singer Brian Dalyrimple. If you don't know the name, he was one of the brothers in the 90's R&B group 'Soul Four Real'.

The police are looking for Dalyrimple in connection with an identity fraud case. According to local news station WSBTV, Dalyrimple is involved in an identity theft ring that has claimed several hundred victims around the Duluth, GA and surrounding areas.

Police say he's on the run with his 10-month-old infant son. So far, police have arrested Laborah Crawford, in connection with case, who is being held in the Gwinnett County Jail.

Investigators say that there's over 260 victims, most of them businesses, who've lost more than $1 million collectively as the result of identity theft and financial fraud. Details regarding their scams were not revealed. I'm sorry ya'll... but I hope they catch him. I just had my identity stolen and it's not a fun situation. Especially with what is going on in our economy today. But... you reap what you sow! I just pray that the baby is okay as well!

Dalyrimple enjoyed success in the 90s as a part of the R&B group Soul For Real. Their 1995 single "Candy Rain" hit no. 1 on the R&B Singles chart, while the album of the same title was certified platinum.

Color Me Badd Lead Singer Jailed For Domestic Abuse

Remember this dude? Well if you don't you should. I'm sure that quite of few of you 90's babies were conceived to a song this dude did. He's the Bryan Abrams, the lead singer of the popular early 90's group Color Me Badd. And now, he's living up to the groups namesake of being "badd".

The former Color Me Badd crooner was jailed in Oklahoma Friday on charges of public drunkenness, domestic abuse and assault and battery after roughing up his girlfriend in the middle of a restaurant, according to the arrest report obtained by the Oklahoman newspaper.

A waiter at the eatery where the incident took place told police that he witnessed Abrams punch the woman in the nose and threaten to take both their lives.

"I’m a kill you! You and me! You and me!" he screamed, per the witness' account.

Arriving at the scene at about 4 p.m. after receiving a call about a domestic disturbance, officers smelled alcohol on Abrams' breath and observed the singer slurring his speech and blurting out "random sentence fragments." The alleged victim had some swelling around her nose and a red mark on her face, according to the report.

With his girlfriend agreeing to press charges, Abrams, 38, was booked into Oklahoma County Jail and is being held there in lieu of $4,000 bail.

I'm just wondering how women stay with men like this. You saw the signs before this crap happened. You knew this mo'fo was ig'nant!
