Good Grief Charlie Brown!!! Another rapper in trouble with more drugs.

Arkansas Police seized nearly 500 lbs of marijuana on a tour bus returning from NBA All-Star Weekend in Phoenix, this week. According to the driver, the bus was allegedly escorting Fabolous to Boston to pick up "a rapper whose name he couldn't recall."Though Fab was not on the bus at the time of the seizure, the two men who were arrested, Edward Thimas, 52, and Robert Morris, 44, claimed that Fabolous had loaded the marijuana into the locked compartment, as well as close to $6,500 in cash, which the police also confiscated. Though both men agreed that the marijuana belonged to Fabolous, according to the police reports, their stories conflicted regarding the pickup of the drug shipment.

Thimas claimed that Fab had told them to drive the marijuana to Boston and contact himself and "the other rapper" when they arrived, to pick up the shipment. Morris, on the other hand, alleged that they had driven "three rappers from Atlanta to Phoenix," and were transporting the drugs to Boston, where they were meeting the rappers, who had flown ahead. Due to their conflicting stories, the men were arrested for possession. There is no word at this time as to whether Fabolous has been questioned regarding the case.

Rick Ross Finally Comes Clean

After months of strong denials, and accusing people of people snitches and *itches, Miami MC Rick Ross is admitting what anyone who’s not blind has known for months: He is in fact the clean shaven, chubby dude decked out in a prison CO uniform in those pictures.

The pictures of Ross circulated on the web like wild fire months back. Ross vehemenetly denied being a man of the law. He stuck to the story of him not ever working for any prison, despite The SmokingGun.com providing numerous documents including a job application with his legal name that were published.

Apparently, the rapper, who borrows his stage name from notorious Los Angeles cocaine dealer “Freeway” Ricky Ross, thought that acknowledging his old gig would cost him street cred. “Yes, it’s me,” Ross tells Don Diva magazine of the photographs. “…I done been up and I done been down, and that’s what makes me what I am. I never ratted on a n*gga. I never prosecuted a n*gga. I never locked up a n*gga. That’s first and foremost. …When I say that I’m rich off cocaine, it’s because I did it.” But he never “locked up” a person? Isn’t that what COs do?

Whatever dude. Why you couldn't come clean when this mess first came out? Now, you lookin like a big ass liar! I'd rather be known for holding down a legit job at one point than being a liar!

Ne-Yo Caught Fakin The Funk?

No, not really, but a party promoter was. SOME nightlife promoters are so desperate to fill their parties, they'll even put a fake performer onstage.

On a recent Sunday night, the promoter group Party at NYC, rented out the club Mansion, on West 28th Street, and sold tickets to a Ne-Yo concert. Too bad the crooner already had a gig and was around the corner, hosting a party at Guest House, on West 27th. One source said tickets to the fake Ne-Yo concert "were sold for $20 in advance and $35 for VIP seats." At about 1:30 a.m., the promoters "said Ne-Yo is in traffic and will be here in 45 minutes. Then, 20 minutes later, the audience was told Ne-Yo was there. Then they put a fake Ne-Yo onstage, but it didn't work, so they finally said Ne-Yo was stuck in the Gulf of Mexico." A rep for the performer told Page Six, "Ne-Yo was never confirmed to perform at club Mansion that weekend, and there was never a performance scheduled or any contracts signed for Ne-Yo to appear."

Well damn! How do you put a "fake" Ne-Yo on stage? Out of all people to have a double... Ne-Yo? Yakkety Yak!

Kanye West was released a little before 1 p.m., about four hours after his candid-camera airport bust, the hip-hop star was released from police custody on $20,000 bail and immediately headed for parts unknown.

Shielded by umbrellas, the 31-year-old Grammy winner and his road manager, Don Crowley, were ushered into a back Chevy Suburban (with the license plate "DIVA") and spirited away to Van Nuys Airport. The SUV drove onto the runway and into a hangar to avoid being followed by the press. No word on the duo's final destination, but they had been due to board an American Airlines flight from Los Angeles International Airport to Honolulu when the camera-smashing incident went down.

Teen Kills Cab Driver In "Grand Theft Auto" Copy Cat Murder

This is a sad story, but it is all too true in our world right now. Kids and these overly violent video games are getting out of hand. A teenager is facing death by lethal injection after stabbing a taxi driver to death with a knife bought from his local Tesco in a chilling 'Grand Theft Auto' copycat killing. Now a Thai video game distributor has halted sales of 'Grand Theft Auto' today as backlash against the controversially violent game began.

The 18-year-old high school student, named in reports as Polwat Chino, is now in custody. He faces death by lethal injection if found guilty of robbing and killing the 54-year-old taxi driver over the weekend. Police said the youth, an obsessive player of 'Grand Theft Auto', showed no sign of mental problems during questioning and had confessed to committing the crime because of the game. 'He said he wanted to find out if it was as easy in real life to rob a taxi as it was in the game,' chief police investigator Veeravit Pipattanasak said.

The youth, described by his parents as polite and diligent, was arrested late on Saturday after he was found trying to steer a cab backwards out of a Bangkok street with the severely wounded driver in the back seat, newspapers reported. The suspect told police he did not mean to kill the driver, whom he had chosen as a possible victim because of his age, but that he stabbed him to death when he fought back, newspapers reported.

"We are sending out requests today to outlets and shops to pull the games off their shelves and we will replace them with other games," Sakchai Chotikachinda, sales and marketing director of New Era Interactive Media, said. "We are also urging video game arcades to pull the games from service," Sakchai said. "Grand Theft Auto", now available in its fourth edition, has been criticised for depicting violence including beatings, carjackings, drive-by shootings, drunk driving and prostitution.

A senior official at Thailand's Culture Ministry said the murder was a wake-up call for authorities to tackle the issue of violent video games, and urged parents to pay closer attention to what their children played. "This time-bomb has already exploded and the situation could get worse," Ladda Thangsupachai, director of the ministry's Cultural Surveillance Centre, said. "Today it is a cab driver, but tomorrow it could be a video game shop owner." The ministry has been pushing for tougher regulation of video games such as Grand Theft Auto, including the imposition of a rating system on sales and restriction on hours that youngsters can play the games in public arcades.

A multi-million dollar lawsuit was filed in the U.S. state of Alabama against the makers and marketers of Grand Theft Auto in 2005, claiming that months of playing the game led a teenager to kill two police officers and a 911 dispatcher. The blockbuster Grand Theft Auto games are published by Nasdaq-listed Take-Two Interactive Software.

John Edwards Has A Mistress and A Secret Baby?

Well well well... look at what we have here. Damn! And I so liked this dude as the democratic vice presidential candidate. I tell ya... men are sooooooooo damn greedy! Case in point... Sen. John Edwards was caught visiting his mistress and secret love child at 2:40 this morning in a L.A. by the NATIONAL ENQUIRER. I know I know... it's the NATIONAL ENQUIRER, in the past a totally fabricating source, but this here might be right on point.

The married ex-senator from North Carolina, whose wife Elizabeth is battling her second bout of cancer, met with his mistress, blonde divorcée Rielle Hunter, at the Beverly Hilton on Monday night, July 21 - and the NATIONAL ENQUIRER was there! He didn't leave until early the next morning. Rielle had driven to L.A. from Santa Barbara with a male friend for the rendezvous with Edwards.

The former senator attended a press event Monday afternoon with L.A. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa on the topic of how to combat homelessness.But a months-long NATIONAL ENQUIRER investigation had yielded information that Rielle and Edwards, 54, had arranged to secretly meet afterward and for the ex-senator to spend some time with both his mistress and the love child who he refuses to publicly acknowledge as his own.The NATIONAL ENQUIRER broke the story of Edwards' love child scandal last year, when Rielle was still pregnant and Edwards was still considered a strong candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination.

Both parties denied the NATIONAL ENQUIRER report but a close friend of Edwards' came forward and said he was the father of Rielle's baby. But sources told the NATIONAL ENQUIRER a far different story - they revealed that Edwards was engineering a massive cover up of his shocking infidelity. Sources came forward after that story appeared and told The NATIONAL ENQUIRER that Edwards and Rielle had met secretly several times, so that he could see his baby and continue his relationship with Rielle. The NATIONAL ENQUIRER learned ahead of time that one such meeting was set for yesterday.

At 9:45 p.m. Monday, Edwards appeared at the hotel, and was dropped off at a side entrance. NATIONAL ENQUIRER reporter Alan Butterfield witnessed the ex-senator get out of a BMW driven by a male companion and stroll into the hotel. Said Butterfield: "Edwards was not carrying anything. He walked in alone. He was wearing a blue dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up. He was looking around nervously before he entered the hotel."Once inside, he interestingly bypassed the lobby and ducked down a side stairs to go to the bottom floor to catch the elevator up - rather than taking the elevator in the main lobby. He went out of his way not to be seen."

Meanwhile, Rielle had reserved rooms 246 and 252 under the name of the friend who had accompanied her from Santa Barbara, Bob McGovern. Rielle was in one room and McGovern was in another with her baby. This allowed her and Edwards to spend time alone, a source revealed.Edwards went out of the hotel briefly with Rielle, they were observed by the NATIONAL ENQUIRER and then went back to her room, where he stayed until attempting to sneak out of the hotel unseen at 2:40 a.m. (PST). But when he emerged alone from an elevator into the hotel basement he was greeted by several reporters from the NATIONAL ENQUIRER.

Well The Smoking Gun has found actual documentation from the Dade County DoC showing where Ross was infact employed, and was employed for about 18 months. My question though is, why lie. Just say you had to earn money too. You need to live like everybody else. So at one point in time you worked a legit job... so the *uck what dude. Be a real man and own up to that -ish. Now you're loosing your "street cred" because now you keep lying and the truth is coming out. Dawg... shoot yo'self now!!!! In the foot!

Woman Cuts Open Pregnant Teen and Steal Baby

I can't believe this lady was walking free all this time. If you haven't heard about her, I'm about to tell you. Andrea Curry-Demus, 38, of Wilkinsburg, is charged in the death of Kia Johnson, 18, of McKeesport. Curry-Demus is accused of taking the baby boy to a Pittsburgh hospital and claiming it was her own. Johnson's body was found Friday in Curry-Demus's apartment. The body was positively identified through dental records, Allegheny County Medical Examiner Karl Williams said Sunday.

Police on Friday arrested Andrea Curry-Demus of Wilkinsburg and charged her with homicide, unlawful restraint and kidnapping. She was taken into custody after showing up at a hospital with a baby, still covered in afterbirth, wrapped in a blanket. After initially lying to police and saying it was her baby, she later claimed that she had bought the newborn boy for $1,000, The Associated Press reports.

Detectives found the decomposing body of Kia Johnson, the baby’s 18-year-old mother, in Curry-Demus' apartment on Friday following complaints from neighbors about a foul odor emanating from inside, according to Allegheny County Police Superintendent Charles Moffatt. Johnson had been dead for about two days, Medical Examiner Karl Williams said.

Police said Sunday that the two likely met during visitation at the Allegheny County Jail. Police believe they were there at the same time to visit different inmates.

A little history on this psychopath; In 1990, Curry-Demus, then known as Andrea Curry, was accused of stabbing a woman in an alleged plot to steal the woman's infant. A day after that stabbing, Curry-Demus snatched a 3-week-old baby girl from a hospital. The baby was found unharmed with Curry-Demus at her home the next day. Curry-Demus pleaded guilty in 1991 to various charges from both incidents and got three to 10 years in prison, according to court records. She was paroled in August 1998.

When will the powers that be stop setting career criminals free? Arrest after arrest after arrest, these people still remain free and roam our streets where are children play and where we as law abiding citizens live our lives. Let's hope that this is the nail in the coffin for this chick.

Kanye Responds To "Ghost Writer" Claims

I told ya'll about telling falsehoods just for the sake of getting people to visit your site didn't I? Well today, in an attempt to try to put Kanye West on blast about not writing his own blogs on a daily basis, blogger ________ (won't give her no pub either), put up a picture of Kanye's "ghost blogger", and a cartoon depiction of Kanye, saying that the "ghost blogger" actually writes all of Kanye's blogs and that Kanye doesn't have time to.

Kanye got online today and posted the picture above and blocked out the supposed ghost bloggers name and face, and had it all under a title that read, I DON'T KNOW WHO THE HELL THIS IS... BUT I COVERED HIS NAME AND FACE SO HE WOULDN'T GET THE PUB HE WAS OBVIOUSLY LOOKIN' 4!

Shay "Buckeey" Johnson Speaks

So now the haters are to blame for your sex tape being leaked out on the net huh? Do you really have haters like that... I mean for real? Why does it always have to be a hater? I understand that the person who did it was wrong and it was "supposed" to be a private moment, but dude... YOU knew what was going on. You even spoke on the tape to the damn camera. Did you really think it wasn't going to get out?

Anyways, Shay "Buckeey" Johnson has finally broken her silence about the sex tape that leaked on the net back in May, and she had this to say:

“It troubled me to find out my intimate act of love was classified as a sex tape. I didn’t speak on it because I knew how tender the situation was between me and my partner,” Buckeey revealed to AllHipHop.com. “I didn’t want to point fingers at anyone or come out with any names because it was then and still is very much my personal business . . . ” She claims that since the tapes release, she has had to deal with heckling on the streets, clubs, or damn near anywhere she makes an appearance. DUH!!!

“Over these past few weeks I have been tortured by strangers about what happened, who was I with, did I release the tape on purpose to get publicity, can I prove to them it was me and multiple other random and indecent requests and questions,” Buckeey explained. “So I’m forced to make a statement. Once you become a personality on television you become the target of haters and I am no different, the release of the tape was done by a hater, stolen by a hater and is just another blatant case of bitchassness.”

Suspect Caught In Jevon Walker Beating... Second One Still Sought After

Las Vegas police have arrested a suspect in the beating and robbery of Oakland Raiders Wide Receiver Jevon Walker, while a second suspect is still being looked for.

Arfat Fadel, 30, is charged with felonies including kidnapping, robbery, battery and conspiracy in the June 16 episode that left Walker unconscious on a street. He lost about $3,000 and $100,000 in jewelry. The strange thing about this story is that Jevon didn't even know these two dudes, but he got into a car with them. A video surveillance tape shows Walker walking in a Las Vegas casino with the two men.

“As he will readily admit, he probably had a little too much to drink and he did not pick up on the clues that Mr. Fadel was someone he probably should not have been with.” said Las Vegas police Lt. Clinton Nichols. “He willingly got in the vehicle on his own,” Nichols says. “We’re unsure why.”

Two Men Arrested In The Murder of T.I.'s friend Philant Johnson

Two men have finally been arrested in the murder of T.I. friend/personal assistant, Philant Johnson. The case is two years old and finally seeing some justice. Police have arrested two men who are actually brothers. Hosea Thomas, 34, and Padron Thomas, 40, have been charged with murder and felonious assault in the May 3, 2006, incident, which killed Johnson, 26, and wounded three others, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.

T.I. had performed a gig at the Cincinnati club Bogart's on the night of the incident. Several witnesses told the paper that tensions had mounted in the club after T.I.'s crew threw money into the audience from the stage. Police say that the Thomas brothers were present at an afterparty held at the Club Ritz, where they were allegedly involved in a series of altercations with the Atlanta rapper's entourage. Cincinnati Homicide Detective Tim Gormly told the paper that the suspects wanted to join T.I. and his group in the club's VIP area, but they were denied entrance. At some point in the night, one of the Thomas brothers was hit in the head with a bottle, Gormly said.

T.I. and his crew left the club in a pair of vans and were followed by two SUVs, police said. At 3:30 a.m. near a highway ramp close to the club, the men in the SUVs began opening fire on the rapper's entourage, killing Johnson — a lifelong friend of T.I.'s — wounding the others and causing slight injuries to T.I. from flying glass.

Each brother was charged with murder and seven counts of felonious assault — one for each person in the vehicles. Hosea Thomas was also charged with having weapons despite a previous conviction, and Padron Thomas was charged with tampering with evidence.

Ray J Busted

R&B bad boy Ray J was given the ol heave'ho from his hotel room at the Hyatt Regency in Washington, D.C. over the weekend. According to reports, hotel security came to the room after complaints had been lodged with hotel management and ended up finding marijuana and a club drug called "boat". Sources say that Ray J argued with security adamantly about what they found and attempted to bribe the men into letting him stay in the room, but it didn't work. Police were called to the scene but no arrests were made. Ray J and crew left the scene and ended up getting a room down the street at the Holiday Inn.

Chicago Bulls Joakim Noah Get's Caught Up!

Earlier yesterday morning, Chicago Bulls forward, Joakim Noah, was arrested in Gainesville Florida. According to a police spokesman, the rookie was on the sidewalk holding a plastic cup containing an amber liquid, which is against city laws. Later on at the police station, police searched Noah and found marijuana. Noah has since been released and a court date has been set. He could face up to six months in jail and $500 in fines. Yeah right, we'll see.
