After many moons of silence, and a ridiculous ass "Oops" diamond incrusted necklace, Chris Brown is finally saying "sorry" to his ex Rihanna for violating her space. Anyways... watch and see what you think.

Rihanna's New Hair Do

Because no one can ever have an original idea of their own these days, Rihanna has followed in that same category. Just as Eve, Cassie, La La and I'm sure many others we don't know, Ri Ri has gone and done the head shave look too.

I'm just sayin... she's actually gone a bit further than the others by shaving her head all the way around. I don't know... this look is more her style, I guess I wouldn't be so down on it if she had been the first to do it because it would be just like her to do something like this... first.

Rihanna's Next Album Will Be Mostly Rock N Roll

According to reports, Rihanna is going Rock N Roll with her new album, which is the follow-up to 2007's Good Girl Gone Bad.

Although the album is said to be still laced with tinges of R&B, the album also features a mix of rock and pop sounds, says the Rihanna Daily website.

"The album will be full of musical styles and will mark a change for Rihanna and her fans, who will not be disappointed with the result," the website said. "At the moment nobody has recorded, with the exception of those with the singer Chris Brown, which were canceled and will not appear on the album."

Other details about the as-of-yet titled album are still scarce, but rumor has it that the singer has also been in the studio with Justin Timberlake, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Soulja Boy, Pharrell and rapper Trina (Yuk!)

At press time, Rihanna had yet to confirm any information about the album and there was no sign of a release date

Rihanna To Face Tattoo Penalties

Seems Rihanna thought that it would be just nifty to give someone, or two, or three a tattoo of her infamous umbrellas in NYC last night. Unfortunately... the fun was also illegal.

Rihanna herself, picked up a tattoo needle last night at a parlor in NYC. We're told RiRi tattooed three of East Side Ink's artists with umbrellas and the letter R. None of her pet projects cared that she didn't have a license, but you better believe that the New York City Law Department did. They say Rihanna could be slapped with three misdemeanors for the offense, each with its own hefty penalty, which could be as much as $300 for the first offense, $500 for the second and $1,000 for the third.

Sources say the tattoo shop could also face considerable fines of its own if the NYC Law Dept. decides to open an investigation.

UPDATE: The NYC Health Department just told TMZ: "Only licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city according to the City's Health Code and they also plan to investigate the incident. All I wanna know is... who the hell snitched? I mean really... I know the NYC Health Dept wasn't there... so somebody went and ran their mouth!

Ya'll know I always get the dish on what's what... so here goes: As reported many moons ago, Chris Brown was supposed to perform last night on the BET Awards. Rumors were all abuzz all day yesterday on whether or not the R&B cutie would be seen or would he perform at the awards show. On twitter yesterday, there were rumors flying around that Al Sharpton was the one who got CB booted from the show! Well... that turned out to be FALSE... it was none other than Jay Z who was behind it all. Jay told the execs for the show that if Chris performed he nor Beyonce would be in attendance, let alone perform! Damn Jay! Ridin hella hard for Rih Rih huh?

Let The Rumors Fly: Rihanna's Guilt Reason For Chris Brown's Light Penalty?

I just heard a rumor. I really wish I could confirm it but haven't found the right source for the confirmation just yet. I know that after what went down between the two stars, that it wouldn't be necessary for Rihanna or Chris Brown to hide out but did you notice how right after all this happened, they got back together... briefly? Or how she didn't have issues with even being in the same vacinity as Chris? I, for one, wouldn't even attempt to be around, near, or close to anyone who has done something like that to me... but hey... that's me.

Well... supposedly someone that lives in Tappahanock County, VA, which is where Chris is from says that the local police have had to visit the Brown residence on several occasions. Reasons being... apparently there have been previous "domestic" issues at the residence, all of which have involved the ex-couple. The police REPORTEDLY say that Chris Brown has been forced to replace no less than three flatscreen televisions because Rihanna allegedly threw something through each of them. Basically, they suggested strongly, without going all the way in, that Rihanna might have exacerbated other situations that lead up to this one. Maybe Rihanna's feeling guilty some how? Who knows.

Of course a few cell phones or household statues and whatnot through tv's don't warrant an ass whoopin... but... that is his mama's house!!! You don't play around with mama's -ish!!! Ya'll know I'm tellin the truth!

Rihanna Sued For By Neighbor

Rihanna's L.A. neighbor is taking her to court.

UCLA professor Christian Moeller is suing the "Umbrella" singer for letting her friends park on his lawn. Sounds silly right? Yeah I thought so too. Here's how the story goes:

Rihanna rents a home owned by Stephen Yacobian, whose house is next door to Moeller's. Moeller gave Yacobian an easement -- the right to drive cars on a portion of Moeller's property. But two years ago, Yacobian renovated the property and the easement wasn't really being used. To make matters a lot worse, since Rihanna moved in she's been allowing cars to drive on Moeller's lawn to get to her driveway... and the suit claims sometimes the cars just sit there on the lawn.So Moeller wants the easement eliminated. As for Rihanna, Moeller is suing her for allowing people and cars to trespass on his property.

Why sue though? Why go through all of this and not just go to Rihanna and ask her if she knew about the easement and how to properly use it?

I'm hearing that Rihanna wasn't just at those Lakers v. Orlando games just for the thrill of the game... but for the stars in the game!!! Reportedly Rihanna is crushin big time on Orlando Forward Rashard Lewis. At first folks were saying that she and Andrew Bynum from the Lakers were "secret lovers"... but Andrew says they're just friends. Either way... I think Rihanna needs a grown ass man for once. No Chris', no Drakes, no Andrews'... GROWN ASS MEN!

Rihanna & Chris Briwn Working It Out!

So who wants to be the first to say "I TOLD YOU SO"! I doooooooooooooo!!!! I knew they were going to get back together. After spending her birthday weekend without him and having a bit of time to reflect on their situation, Rihanna and Chris Brown have decided to stick it out, and work on their relationship.

The couple is spending the weekend at Diddy's Star Island mansion in Miami Beach. The source for this tidbit of news says, "While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves," via People, which first reported the apparent reconciliation.

All I can say is that, I'm totally not surprised. They're young, and most young people, regardless of their status think that -ish like this is just a one time thing! Whatev! Of course I feel sorry for Rihanna, or any female that is in a situation such as this. But yet, we still don't know all of the particulars of what happened that night. Again, of course no one deserves to be beat up the way C.B. did Rih Rih, but if they do it once... chances are, they'll do it again. Quite possibly, the next time may not be as bad, but if it happens period it's enough to jolt anyone back to reality. Love ain't that damn bomb!!!

Ne-Yo Speaks On ChriRih Situation

In more of the ChriRih saga, singer/songwriter Ne-Yo says that he has spoken to Rihanna since the alleged incident between the pop singer and ex-boo Chris Brown.

“I spoke to Rihanna,” Ne-Yo told MTV News. “She says she’s fine. She didn’t go into detail about what happened. I understand it’s a painful situation; I didn’t push.” *givin dude the side-eye* yeah ok Ne-Yo... don't call off your engage because of this mess either!!! Ya'll know Ne-Yo wanted him some Rihanna before C.B. moved smoove on in dere'.

Ne-Yo, a friend of both of the stars, said he has seen the photo and was very affected by it. “I saw the picture,” he confirmed. “That just really — that hurt me to my heart, man. Again, I still don’t know what happened, ‘cause I haven’t had the opportunity to talk to Chris yet. But to take it to that level really hurt my heart.”

Ne-Yo claims that he's been trying to get in touch with Chris (right), but to no avail, hasn't had much luck.

“All I can say is, I’m praying for both of them. They’re both in my prayers. I haven’t had a chance to talk to Chris yet. I just wanna sit down and talk to that dude and just explain if he doesn’t understand: ‘That’s not something that’s excusable, bruh. You have to get a little smarter about whatever it is going on in your relationship. You have to get a little smarter about how you handle certain situations,’” Ne-Yo said. Anyways, while the singer is dishing out sound advice for Chris Brown, he also said he still cares about the young man. “I’m not going to crucify him,” the R&B star said. “I’m not going to do that. That’s still my homeboy at the end of the day. For it to go to that level was wrong. I won’t say who was responsible. I won’t pick no sides. I’m just saying it was wrong that it had to happen like that, and I’m praying for the both of them.”

Rihanna Cancels Indonesian Tour

Rihanna is stopping the music. And this time it has nothing to do with the temperature outside. The chart-topping singer has canceled a concert scheduled to take place in Jakarta tomorrow night due to security concerns in Indonesia.

On Sunday, three Islamic militants were executed for carrying out the 2002 Bali bombings. Prior to their deaths, the militants encouraged followers to launch more attacks.

The 20-year-old "Umbrella" star was scheduled to perform in front of a sellout crowd of 6,000 in the nation's capital.

"They said Indonesia's security is not supportive," event promoter Troy Waroka told the local press. "The concert will be postponed until January or February." Waroka said full refunds would be made available for ticket holders who didn't wish to wait.

Rihanna recently wrapped up the Australian leg of her world tour.

Rihanna Becomes Ill During Concert

Yesterday in Sydney Australia, pop diva supreme Rihanna reportedly became ill during her concert. A video on YouTube shows her holding her mid-section, doubling over in apparent pain and then running off stage while performing "Umbrella," with her beau Chris Brown.

Chris finished the song then went to tend to his girl. Was Chris wrong to finish the song then go see what was wrong with Ri Ri or was his first obligation to the fans? It's being reported that this was the final song of the concert.

How ironic is it that she became sick on stage just the same way that Jo-Jo had a few months back... while... in Sydney Australia. I wonder if someone in the Aussie land put some juju on the stage or something for American acts??? Makes ya wonder!

UPDATE: Rihanna is reportedly fine. "It was very hot at the venue, so after Rihanna's set was over, she went off stage to sit down, catch her breath and have some water," her rep tells E! News. "She is perfectly healthy and will be at her show tomorrow."

Michelle Obama and Rihanna Noted As Best Dressed for 2008

Michelle Obama has never had any qualms about admitting to being a bargain shopper, but that didn't stop the possible First Lady from being named one of People magazine's Best Dressed list for 2008.

Remember when she was a guest on “The View”? Just that one little mention from Michelle noting that she bought her sundress off-the-rack at a chain store started a fashion frenzy for the item.

Along with Michelle on the list, which didn’t rank the stars in any particular order, was Sarah Jessica Parker. Not only is her style sophisticated, but it takes a special kind of dresser to make a flowerpot hat look chic, which Sarah Jessica did at the “Sex and The City” movie premiere in London.

In naming her to their list, People wrote Sarah Jessica “effortlessly mixes high-end and affordable prices,” no doubt referring to her Bitten line, which sells in the economical fashion chain store, Steve & Barry.

Gwyneth Paltrow and her short dresses got her on to People’s list because “she plays up her legs,” according to the mag.

Also named to the best dressed list were supermodel and TV host Heidi Klum, singer Fergie, actress Charlize Theron and actresses Kate Hudson, Eva Mendes and Anne Hathaway.

While People stopped short of naming a Worst Dressed list, they did call out several stars including “American Idol” judge Paula Abdul, actresses Lucy Liu, Sienna Miller and Tilda Swinton, and singers Solange Knowles and Tori Amos for wearing the “Worst Dresses.”

Joining together for a tour has proved to be a good look for Rihanna and Chris Brown. According to a New Zealand network, the duo sold out a show in New Zealand in just 20 minutes flat, forcing the singers to add another concert.

Performing in Auckland, New Zealand for the first time, Rihanna and Brown had booked concerts in two arenas as part of a tour that also includes stops in several Australian cities.For those who were unable to pick up tickets, a second show has been added on October 28th. Chris Brown And Rihanna Possibly Shacking Up

According to an insider, Rihanna , has been searching for a condo in the Los Angeles area since early July to share with Chris and has checked out units in Beverly Hills' Sierra Tower. Rihanna's so serious about finding them a new home that she has new listings e-mailed to her even when she's out of town.

"She and Chris want to live together," says the insider. "They play their music loud though, so they want a condo that's soundproof." Yeaaaaaaa, we'll see how this works out!

Rihanna Kissed The Girl... Goodbye

Rihanna has given Katy Perry the big kiss off. Ms. Rihanna is officially the bad girl gone good.

Her new single "Disturbia" just gave the singer a third No. 1 hit from Good Girl Gone Bad and ended Katy Perry's seven-week chart-topping streak for "I Kissed a Girl." Perry was the first female artist to hold the top spot for seven straight weeks since, ironically, Rihanna did it last summer with "Umbrella."

Rihanna's latest single made the two-spot jump to No. 1 after selling a week-best 148,000 digital downloads. Impressively, her previous chart-topper "Take a Bow" remains atop the Hot 100 Airplay chart, making this one of the rare times in which an artist simultaneously dominates the regular Hot 100 and the Hot 100 Airplay chart with different songs.

Good Girl Gone Bad originally scored just one chart-topper with "Umbrella," but Rihanna released a Reloaded version last June that contained the new hits "Take a Bow" and "Disturbia." As happens with bonus tracks on deluxe editions, fans often buy the individual tracks instead of the new version and this helps drive an artist's digital track sales.

Overall, Rihanna has scored four No. 1 hits, originally with "SOS" in 2006. This ties her with Beyoncé and Mariah Carey for the decade's most chart-toppers by a female artist.

Perry's "I Kissed a Girl" ultimately fell two spots to No. 3, with Chris Brown's "Forever" keeping at lock at No. 2.
