Damon Dash is having a time at it ain't he? From losing his two homes, to losing his deal with Pro-Keds, and now his oldest sons mother is so to speak, "holding Boogie for ransom".
But Dame ain't goin out like that. He's taking her to court this morning so that he can see his son.
The boys mother, Linda Williams hasn't allowed Damon to see Boogie. So Dash's lawyer, Robert Wallack, has filed a motion to make Linda physically bring the son to court. Williams has made an extensive litany of claims about Boogie's treatment as Dash's son, claiming he hasn't had running water and electricity in his house, among other things. Damon's lawyer denies all of this.
I've never understood how mothers can hold their children in between them and the father as pawns in a game. Especially if you have a man that wants to do for his child.
