Mediatakeout.com is reporting that Kanye West and his estranged fiance' Alexis Phifer are back on again. Supposedly, Kanye popped the question to Alexis "over the phone"? Oooook! I think there may be some validity to this story though. Last week, the couple was seen together at Kanye's performance at The Knitting Factory in NYC, so maybe! I hope so. Kanye needs some stability right now! He's just doing too much these days!
